BIBLICAL EVIDENCE FROM ARCHAEOLOGY
Sure, every city and/or item in the ancient writings of Scripture hasn’t been discovered. But this we know: not a single artifact discovered has contradicted the writings of Scripture. The significance of this point must not be minimized.
For your files, I submit to you a recent article citing the discovery of a 2,600 year old “stamp seal” bearing the name of King David’s son. You can read that article here.

THE GOD IN OUR PAIN
The Dutch theologian and author. Henri Nouwen, once said, “Sometimes, the only prayer I can utter is, ‘Lord, help me.’” A picture really does say a thousand words…
How much do I appreciate all you do? Make plans to attend our very first Summit Leadership (and spouses) Appreciation Dinner and you’ll find out. 🙂

QUOTE of the WEEK
“We are most like beasts when we kill. We are most like men when we judge. We are most like God when we forgive.” – William Arthur Ward
And a bonus (I saw this on the wall of the elementary school my wife, Michelle, teaches at):
LAUGHTER IS GOOD MEDICINE
GRACE NOTES: When God says, “Have it your way.”
God’s love is inexhaustible. But, being a just God, there comes a point when finally says, “Do you really want to ruin your life? Have it your way.”
